Automatic Spring Coiling Machine
East Forge owns 8 automatic spring coiling machines that cover springs in various sizes and materials. Highly effective for large volume productions.
Lathe Spring Coiler
East Forge owns 3 custom-made lathe spring coilers. The machine requires a man to operate but can be super effective for sample production or low-volume productions.
Spring Compression Tester
East Forge owns 4 spring compression testers in various weights and sizes. The compression tester is capable of record and print force curve based on custom configurations.
Quality Control Station
The Quality Control Station will manually examine each spring. When an out-of-spec spring is discovered, we will either adjust it to fit the spec or dispose of it if it is not fixable.
