Optical Curve Grinder
East Forge owns 3 optical curve grinders, which are known for grinding ultra-high-precision parts with complex profiles, including straight lines, arc and curve surfaces, high-precision grooves, and inside and outside radius. They are suitable for curve grinding special-shaped non-standard mold parts with high hardness.
Electrical Discharge Machine
East Forge owns 4 Electrical discharge machines (EDM). EDM, also known as spark machining, spark eroding, die sinking, wire burning, or wire erosion, is a metal fabrication process in which a desired shape is obtained by using electrical discharges.
Wire-Cut EDM
East Forge owns 3 slow wire cutters, 2 medium speed wire cutters, and 4 fast wire cutters for optimized production and workflow. Wire-cut EDM is mainly used in aerospace and medical equipment manufacturing, where precise manufacturing processes are crucial for the accuracy and complexity of the shape. It is one of the most high-tech machining methods available in the market and reduces material wastage, making it cost-effective in its applications.
Centerless Grinding Machine
East Forge owns 4 centerless grinders in different sizes/capacities. Centerless grinder has another major advantage that centers are not required as in center grinding. Many materials and parts of various shapes and sizes are produced by the centerless grinding, particularly for bearing and automotive industries. Workpiece surfaces can be either internal or external cylindrical shapes.
Surface Grinder
East Forge owns over 30 surface grinders of various sizes and capacities. Our largest magnetic table is 2000mm x 800mm.
Machining Center
East Forge owns 8 machining centers. A machining center is a CNC machine that can mill, drill, bore, tap, and perform various other works, all without changing the attachment of the workpiece. It can automatically bring several various different tools to the work location.
CNC Lathe
East Forge owns 9 CNC lathes in various sizes and speeds. East Forge specializes in machining for various hardness materials.
